Dimensional Zoning Variances
The Zoning Board of Appeals will be considering the following:
Heritage Christian Schools located at 4900 40th Ave., Hudsonville MI 49426, has submitted a Zoning Variance Application for two dimensional variances. The first dimensional variance is for 18.9 s.f. to allow for a 33.9 s.f. free standing sign where 15 s.f. is allowed per section 7-9 E.2., Table 7.1 of the City of Hudsonville Zoning Ordinance. The second dimensional variance request is for 7.1% to allow for changeable message sign space to make up 47.1% of the sign where a 40% maximum is allowed per section 7-9 E 3.a of the City of Hudsonville Zoning Ordinance.
