This project falls within the Vibrant City scope of work in the Imagine Hudsonville 2030 plan. The Downtown Development Authority purchased a residential property at 3240 Prospect Street. The property, which was in disrepair, was demolished in March 2016 and was prepared as a site available for redevelopment (Action item 3). An adjacent parcel was purchased in 2018.
Property Vision:
The Downtown Development Authority is actively working to have these two parcels redeveloped as townhouse-style development.
