Finance & Treasury

The Hudsonville Finance Department encompasses both the Treasury and Finance duties. Our staff, consisting of four dedicated individuals, performs the following key functions:

  • Primary contact for residents and visitors
  • Accounting
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Annual Independent audit completion
  • Budgeting, financial reporting and analysis
  • Cash management
  • Debt Payments
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Cash & Investing
  • Payroll Services
  • Pension administration
  • Property Tax administration
  • Utility Billing

Payments for property taxes, water/sewer bills, special assessments, planning and zoning fees, Terra Square reservations, Park reservations and other miscellaneous invoices are collected at the Treasurer’s Office.
