Facility Rental

Rental Process 

While you are still welcome to come into City Hall to reserve and pay for facility rentals, we also now have an online rental request portal available for use! The link below will only place a hold on the date you are hoping to rent a facility. Your requested facility is fully reserved only after we have received payment in full. 

*Rental requests will be considered valid for one week after the request is received.*  

Reminder – when you rent one of our park facilities, it is for the whole day. We do not offer time blocks or double bookings. 

Hudsonville Facility Rental Request  

No rental requests will be accepted (either online or in person) prior to the first business day in January of the year the event is being held. If you wish to reserve a facility in person, paper forms can be found here.

Available City Facilities 

City parks and facilities available to rent include: Hughes Park, Sunrise Park, Hillside Park, and Veteran's Park. Annual rental dates are between May 1 and October 15. A description and picture of the available facilities can be found here.  

The City Hall Community Room is available to rent as well. Rental requests are accepted year-round, but the room is unavailable on Sundays and holidays. To book the City Hall Community Room, please click here.

 Other Information

• If you need to rent a ball diamond at Hughes or Sunrise Park, please contact Hudsonville Community Education at 616-669-1740. They are in charge of scheduling during the ball season. All other times, it is first come, first serve. 
• If you are hosting a community festival and are in need of City support services, please complete and submit the Event Support Request Form
• Terra Square: There are several spaces available to rent at Terra Square, including the Gathering Space and Market Space for private events. The conference room is available for meetings. For reservation fees and policies visit the Terra Square website.
